This Privacy Policy explains how SferaPulse collects and processes data when you use the iOS app, Windows agent, website, and related services.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
We collect only data needed to provide remote PC control features and keep the service secure.
- Account and profile data: sign-in provider ID, email (if provided by provider), and account timestamps.
- Device data: device names, technical IDs/tokens for pairing, and connection metadata such as last seen time and IP/network diagnostics.
- Command data: command type (shutdown/restart/sleep/screenshot), execution status, and timestamps.
- Screenshot data: images generated only when you explicitly request a screenshot command.
- Subscription data: current subscription status and entitlement for internet relay access. Billing details are handled by Apple, not by SferaPulse.
- Website analytics and logs: basic technical logs required for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
3. How we use data
- To authenticate users and pair your iPhone with your Windows agent.
- To route commands between your client and your PC over LAN or secure relay infrastructure.
- To store command history/results so you can see execution outcomes.
- To enforce subscription entitlements for internet control features.
- To monitor uptime, detect abuse, investigate incidents, and improve stability.
4. Legal bases
We process personal data based on performance of a contract (providing the service), legitimate interests (security and anti-abuse), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers required to operate SferaPulse (hosting, infrastructure, authentication, analytics, support) and only under contractual safeguards.
We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of our users and systems.
6. Data retention
We retain account and technical records while your account is active. We retain operational logs and command records for a limited period needed for reliability, security, and support, then delete or anonymize them.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures, including encrypted transport, authentication tokens, and access controls. No system is fully immune to risk, but we continuously improve our safeguards.
8. Your rights

SferaPulse is not directed to children under 13 (or a higher age where required by local law).
