These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of SferaPulse applications, website, and related services.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SferaPulse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
SferaPulse lets you send remote commands to your own Windows PC from your phone.
- LAN mode may be available without subscription when client and PC are on the same network.
- Internet mode uses SferaPulse relay infrastructure and may require an active paid subscription.
3. Eligibility and account
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You may use SferaPulse only for lawful purposes and only for devices you own or are authorized to control.
- No unauthorized access, intrusion, malware activity, or attempts to bypass security controls.
- No abusive, fraudulent, or service-disrupting behavior.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are offered as auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple App Store unless stated otherwise.
Apple handles billing, payment methods, renewals, and refunds under Apple policies. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify features, pricing, or technical requirements, and may suspend service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
7. Intellectual property
SferaPulse software, branding, and content are owned by Altora Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altora Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Termination
You may stop using SferaPulse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security abuse, or legal obligations.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law based on your place of residence and mandatory consumer protections.
